Mansfield venue plans needle felting class

Needle felting is a crafting technique that can be used to create toys, décor, and other items, and a Mansfield venue will soon be offering an introduction to the practice.

Alpaca Meadows will be teaching attendees how to transform fleece into a bunny they can use for Easter and spring decor. As they will be made by hand, each will be unique, and the attendees will be able to use their new skills to craft a variety of projects.

The facilitator for the activity will teach how to use a special barbed needle that has been designed to interlock the fibers in the fleece, and this method can be used to produce both three dimensional sculptures and flat works of art as well.

All skill levels are welcome, and those who already have some experience can pick up new techniques. The registration fee includes all of the materials, and the participation fee is $50.00 each.

A crafting class is often a social experience, which can make it a lot of fun for those who take part. A flyer printing company can prepare promotional mailers as well as bag inserts and other point of sale marketing materials.

Alpaca Meadows will offer its Bunny Felting Class on April 12. It will begin at 1:00 pm, and the location can be found at 1200 Rock Road.
