The Humane Society of Richland County provides a safe haven for unwanted and abused animals, and one of its fundraising events is set to welcome area classic vehicle buffs.
The organization has partnered with Spitzer Motors of Mansfield to host a Benefit Classic Car and Motorcycle Show, which will provide an opportunity for anyone who owns a vintage vehicle to show off their “baby.” Admission to the public is free, and the registration fee to show a car, truck, or motorcycle starts at $10.
While the attendees browse through the assorted vehicles that will be on display, they can enjoy tunes from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s, which will be spun by area “JR the DJ”. There will also be door prize draws and raffles, and an even-split draw and food will be on offer as well. Everyone will have a chance to try their luck in the raffles.
