Mansfield moms are about to be treated to a variety of activities along with their whole family, and all they have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the celebration.
The staff at Shelby/Mansfield KOA Resort, which is a popular local campground, have organized a schedule of fun for moms and their families. The activities will be running throughout the day and they range from crafting sessions all the way to an expo of local small, home-based businesses.
The festivities will begin with breakfast at Mermosas, and the kids can make a craft for mom at the Kraft Korral. A scavenger hunt and fishing derby offer a chance to get active, and those who would prefer something more low key can head to the Club House, which will be reserved for moms only. Wine tastings and an ice cream social have been planned, and wristbands must be worn for each of the events.
Campgrounds offer an option for those looking for fun close to home. A poster printing company will have a variety of ways of keeping the public informed about any special events they have planned.
This celebration of Mansfield moms will be taking place on Saturday, May 7 and the festivities will welcome families at 6787 Baker 47 in Shelby. A full listing of all of the activities on offer is available online.
