Communities across America will have special events on the way for the upcoming holiday season, and Mansfield will be joining this list.
The city’s Kingwood Center Gardens will be pulling out all the stops for its annual celebration, which has been dubbed “Christmas at Kingwood”. At least seven linear miles of twinkling lights will installed for the occasion, and each week that it is open will have its own special feature.
This popular local tradition will include the Community Tree Walk, and activities like the Stuff the Sleigh toy drive, live music, a train display and the chance to visit with Santa and his reindeer are all on its agenda. Concerts are set for December 3rd and 10th, and additional bonus open days have been scheduled. Its listing pointed out that it is proud to be one of the communities on the Ohio Holiday Lights Trail, and it will be open for six hours on most of its scheduled dates.
Many cities install light displays and other decor for the holiday season, and they may be quite extensive. Stationery printers can supply maps of an activity that highlight special points of interest to supply to the attendees so they can make the most of their visit to an event.
Kingwood Center Gardens will be throwing the switch on its holiday lights on November 30th. Everyone is invited to drop by and check it out in person.
