Mansfield is prepping for the upcoming holiday season, and for many, one of the highlights of the community’s celebrations will be its Christmas Time in the City evening.
Downtown Mansfield, Inc. will once again be hosting this annual gathering, and it will give its merchants a fun way to open the holiday shopping season. The whole family is welcome, and there will be activities for all ages to enjoy.
The festivities, which will be set up in Richland Carrousel Park, will include lots of cold weather fun. There will be carolling and carriage rides, and Santa will even be bringing some of his trusty reindeer down from the North Pole to meet the crowd. Kids can have their photos taken with him, and once the sun goes down, the switch will be thrown and hundreds of colourful lights will add some extra sparkle to the neighborhood.
