Mansfield avian sanctuary to welcome all for holiday celebration

This holiday season, Mansfield residents are asked to remember to show some love to their local feathered friends.

The Ohio Bird Sanctuary Education Center will be bringing back its popular Christmas for the Birds activity for another year, but in response to COVID-19, the organizers have made some changes so that it will be safe for everyone. Admission is by the vehicle load, and advance registration is required.

This year, the event will take place outdoors, and the guests can visit with Santa and one of his reindeer who will be zipping down from the North Pole just for the occasion. Hot chocolate will be for sale, and everyone can drop off a gift that will help the sanctuary to care for ill or injured birds that need some care. A wish list of items the facility needs has been created, and this will help people purchase products of the most use to its avian residents.

For a kid-friendly activity like this, Stationery printers can prepare activity Books and other Promotional Products to give to each of the younger guests.

The Ohio Bird Sanctuary Education Center can be found at 3774 Orweiler Road, and it will be welcoming ticket holders for this celebration on December 12. Its website offers a link to register, as well as information about how to view the wish list.
