Dozens of vendors will soon be setting up shop for a four-day shopping party, and with many items to choose from, the organizers are hoping it will be a “must attend” for locals.
The Prairie Peddler Festival will be bringing at least 200 different Mansfield and other small businesses together for two days of fun, and those who come out may even be able to get a jump start on their holiday shopping. Many of the items on offer will be handmade and one of a kind, and while all ages are welcome, only service animals will be permitted to attend.
As well as the makers’ stations and other vendor tables, the attendees will be able to choose their favorites from the menu selections supplied by the food service providers taking part, and there may be up to 30 different mobile eateries to explore. Live entertainment is also in the works, and the kids in the crowd will find special fun just for them.
Outdoor markets offer a way to take advantage of the usually pleasant weather of early fall. Banners, signage, and other printed materials for an activity can be prepared by area banner printing companies.
