This Independence Day weekend, a Mansfield area campground will be offering a special salute to the red, white, and blue.
The team at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA Resort will be treating registered campers to a weekend of activities that will be on offer in addition to its usual attractions. It offers an option for local families looking for fun close to home, and visitors may find it a convenient option for exploring the rest of the region.
The venue will be hosting a Fourth of July party that will run throughout its scheduled weekend. Campers can deck out their golf cart in patriotic colors for the parade, and a glowstick parade is also in the works. Everyone can try their luck in the fishing derby, and a hayride and fireworks will round out the occasion. A minimum stay of three nights is required, and the participants will have access to the rest of the campground’s amenities.
Communities all across the country will be celebrating the Fourth of July, all of them in their own way. Red, white, and blue decor will be on offer at area banner printing companies.
