All aboard for train-themed fun in Mansfield

As soon as 2021 begins, Members of Mansfield’s community of model train enthusiasts will be making tracks for five hours of railway-themed fun.

Denny’s Trains of Loudonville has booked space at the Richland County Fairgrounds for its Model Train Show, and explained that it will be completely focused on the hobby. Adult admission is $7, while kids under 12 can enter for free, and there will be activities any age can enjoy.

While the kids have fun going for rides on a Thomas train and viewing a variety of layouts, the adults can browse through everything on offer at the vendor tables. There will be 150 booths and displays, and they will all be selling railway-themed items only. A variety of track gauges will be included, and any local individuals or businesses interested in booking space are welcome to do so.

Arranging to host an event like this, which is specific to a particular pastime, is one way a business can build interest in the local community.
