TEDx talk near Lyndhurst

A TEDx talk, based on the noted TED Talks format, is scheduled to take place in University Heights, a short drive from Lyndhurst, this coming April.

The venue is the Dolan Science Center Auditorium at John Carroll University. The students at the university were the ones who chose the theme of the upcoming talk, which is “The Power of Good.” Members of the Entrepreneurship Program at JCU have organized the talk. They say they are creating a movement based on humanity-driven action, inspiring people to do good and be good, and to use this principle in the process of making decisions. Organizers of events similar to this may choose to use brochure printing to create a program profiling the speakers and the purpose of the talks.

The upcoming event features a group of inspirational speakers who will discuss “The Power of Good” and how it to use it in personal interactions. The speakers include Nicole McGee, the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Upcycle Parts Shop; EbaNee Bond, podcast host and development consultant; Yoram Solomon, an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at SMU and the author of “The Book of Trust”; model, painter, and dancer Kimberly Ocampo; Regina Brett, a newspaper columnist, podcaster, inspirational speaker, and author; David Eyman, Creativity Instructor at Miami University; and many others.

The TEDx Talk event is scheduled for Sunday, April 16, from 9am until 4pm. There is no charge to attend the event.
