Tasty event planned in Lyndhurst

Legacy Village is once again the site of a special event in Lyndhurst, one that promises to be extremely tasty.

Angela Warren is hosting a Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Workshop at the Crate & Barrel in Legacy Village, where those attending the class will learn how to build a charcuterie board.

Ms. Warren, who will also be leading the class, is a gourmet food stylist who has been featured on the Discovery Channel, the Cooking Channel, and the Food Network. She will show the class how to create gorgeous charcuterie boards using gourmet ingredients.

The boards will be assembled using the finest seasonal fruits, cured meats, artisanal cheeses, nuts, and refined accompaniments. Class members will also learn how to arrange their board using personal touches and beautiful garnishes that make it a unique creation. When they organize this type of event, planners may use flyer printing to create instruction sheets for the class.

Organizers of the evening suggest it could be perfect for a night with friends, couples, or anyone who wants to enjoy a night out. Freebies and giveaways are set to be part of the fun.

The workshop is scheduled for February 16, from 6.30 pm until 8.00 pm, at the Crate & Barrel, 24405 Cedar Road at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst. The fee is $65, which includes all the ingredients for the board, which class attendees can then take home. The event is limited to those over 18, and parking is free. Space is limited, so anyone interested should sign up soon.
