Homemade holiday fun near Lyndhurst

An upcoming event in Beachwood, a short distance from Lyndhurst, will make finding those handcrafted treasures to put under the tree easy.

The Holiday Handmade Expo will feature a wide variety of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind products for everyone.

During the event, blocks of time have been saved for special events. From 12.30 pm until 4.00 pm, families will be able to take holiday photos, while 3.00 pm until 4.00 pm is reserved for Story Time with Santa. The timeslot from 4.30 pm until 6.32 pm (Santa is apparently extremely precise), is for meeting and taking photos with Santa himself.

In addition to these special times, there will be an ugly sweater contest, face painting, a hot cocoa station, DIY workshops, giveaways, a gift-wrapping station, a Grinch photo booth, holiday music, and holiday prizes and games.

Talented artisans will come together to offer a wide variety of items, such as clothing, home décor, jewelry, and more. Attendees will be able to find that perfect present for a special someone, and support local artisans at the same time. Organizers of events this size can use flyer printing to create handouts listing vendors and booths.

The Expo is this Saturday, December 2, from 12.00 noon until 7.00 pm. It takes place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood, at 3775 Park East Drive in Beachwood.
