Get in fast before Lyndhurst concerts wind up

The summer concert series at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst is finishing with five performances in August.

The month starts off with an appearance by Ricky & the Rockets. The group has been together for more than 35 years and comprises lifelong friends who are professional musicians. They play soul, Motown, British, and classic rock stylings.

The next week brings East Wind, a group of five professional vocalists/musicians who love playing the classic sounds of bands like David Bowie, The Beatles, the Doobie Brothers and more. East wind doesn’t use backing tracks, wigs, or costumes.

Revolution Pie is a tribute band to the most iconic pop group of all time, The Beatles. They play the Fab Four’s hits from the earliest days of “Love Me Do” up to the soulful “Let It Be.”

Backtraxx is a rock and soul group of eight, featuring rhythm and sax sections, and four lead vocalists. The outfit plays the hits of the 1960s and 1970s.

Light of 2 Moons is based in Cleveland, and offers a unique blend of music that mixes folk, country, blues, classic rock, and a touch of island tunes.

Ricky & the Rockets appear August 3, East Wind plays August 10, Revolution Pie plays August 17, Backtraxx on August 24. The concerts conclude on August 31 with Light of 2 Moons. When shows like this are scheduled, organizers will frequently use printers to help with poster printing, which creates colorful advertising.
