Camp fair planned in Lyndhurst

An event in Lyndhurst will bring together representatives from the upcoming summer camps so parents can make an informed choice for their children’s activities.

Northeast Ohio Parent magazine and Hawken School are presenting the Camp & Summer Programs Fair 2024. This is the largest event of its kind in the Cleveland area, bringing summer programs together in a “one-stop shop” experience for parents.

There is such a wide range of exhibitors that parents are sure to find the camp that is right for their children. The exhibitors include the University School, The Music Settlement, Pinstripes, Musicology Cleveland Heights, Goldfish Swim School, Drama Kids of Greater Akron, Cleveland Nature House, Andres Osborne Academy, and Achievement Centers. People can talk to as few or as many camps as they like.

Registration is free, and each family only needs to register once. The first 100 families to sign up online will win a drawstring bag, which they can pick up at the event. People are welcome to drop in at the Fair, but they will not be able to win one of the Bags. Entertainment will be provided by Jungle Terry, with others to be announced, and Camp Scholarships will be awarded.

The Fair is scheduled for March 10, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, at the Hawken School at 5000 Clubside Road in Lyndhurst. When events like this are planned, organizers will often use flyer printing to create a list of exhibitors for attendees.
