Tribute to iconic pop group planned in Cincinnati

An upcoming concert in Cincinnati will celebrate perhaps the most iconic band of all time.

“All You Need Is Love” is a celebration of the music of The Beatles, and it is taking place during John Lennon’s 85th Birthday Year. The musicians who are paying tribute to the legendary Fab Four have extensive experience, and will be able to take audiences with them on a journey through The Beatles’ catalog, both their mega hits, and music that is less well known.

The performance will trace The Beatles’ career, from their arrival in the United States in 1964, through their breakup in 1970. Their music changed and matured over the lifetime of the band, starting with the bubbly “I Want to Hold Your Hand,” and moving into masterpieces like “Yesterday,” and more experimental work.

In addition to the songs, the performance includes cutting-edge visuals and production values that create the same experience people had when they attended Beatles’ concerts live.

The musicians include artists from both Canada and the United States, and all are seasoned performers. The current lineup is Steve Kimock, Kasim Sulton, Bobby Lee Rogers, Prairie Prince, Gil Assayas, Andy Forgie, and Mark Rashotte. Michael Des Barres will narrate the evening.

“All You Need is Love” will be performed at Memorial Hall in Cincinnati on January 28 at 8.00 pm. Organizers who plan events like this often use poster printing to create advertising for them.
