Trace Adkins is a Louisiana native whose career, which kicked off in the mid-1990s, was successful almost from the start. “There’s a Girl in Texas,” his first single, climbed to the Top 20 of the US Country charts, and his first album, 1996’s “Dreamin’ Out Loud” soared all the way into that chart’s Top 10.
He has consistently charted with both singles and albums. As of November 2024, he has released 14 albums, six of which have been certified either Platinum or Gold. “Dreamin’ Out Loud,” his initial effort, won the Platinum rating, and he has sold millions of albums overall.
In addition to his musical career, Adkins has done film, television, and voiceover work. He appeared on “Celebrity Apprentice” to raise money for a charity, and appeared as himself in shows like “Extreme Makeover: Home Addition” and “Ace of Cakes.” His film credits include “The Lincoln Lawyer,” and “Old Henry.” He will be seen in “I Can Only Imagine 2,” due for release in 2026.
A review says:
“The light-hearted nature of the gig gives the impression of a jam session as opposed to a highly polished live show. By the final sway.. the audience are all slightly infatuated with the veteran star.”
Trade Adkins will be at the Hardrock Cincinnati Outdoor Arena on June 6. Organizers will often turn to poster printing to create advertising for events like this.
