Doug Fecher, CEO and president for Irongate Credit Union, announced that the partnership represents an example of local businesses joining together to help stimulate the failing economy and assist members of the area communities in achieving their dreams of home ownership. According to Mr. Fecher:
“When residents are successful, so are our communities.”
When area businesses merge or join in partnership, they often find that changes need to be made to certain business documents, advertisements, and customer information. In these instances, local printing companies are likely to be called upon to provide business card printing, flyer printing, and other printing services. Brochure printers are also often necessary to update information and provide customers with fresh material.
Southern Ohio Mortgage will operate out of the Irongate Credit Union’s six offices locate in Centerville, Washington Township, Springboro, Kettering, Englewood, and Beavercreek. Greg Gillen, co-owner of Irongate Realtors, stated:
“Being ‘100 percent local’ means better service because we can make quicker and better decisions.”
Irongate, which has operated successfully since 1975, employs over 300 local realtors. Wright-Patt, a non-profit financial cooperative, maintains 24 branches throughout the southwest portion of Ohio and currently has over 225,000 members.
