Amherst residents who want to welcome a new season in style will have a unique crafting session to look forward to, with online enrollment open to interested parties.
The Hat-Making Class, which is being organized by Witches’ Wednesday, is coming to an Amherst venue this October, bringing artisans and enrollees together to learn the finer points of crafting. The class will be hosted by SunDog Yoga, with participants creating their own one-of-a-kind witch hat in a welcoming, inclusive, and stress-free environment.
Interested parties are encouraged to bring friends and family to join them for the evening crafting session, with the hats adding to potential Halloween costumes and home decor. Space is limited, with the host venue able to accommodate up to 30 participants, and those interested can make reservations in advance to ensure participation. Flyer and poster printing can help promote events like this around the community, with impressions boosting attendance.
The hats and all crafting tools and decorative materials are included with the cost of enrollment in the class. Each participant will also receive a black boa scarf to drape around their necks and match their hats.
The 5 Points Tavern, located on Park Avenue in Amherst, is hosting the crafting class on Wednesday, October 7 from 6:00 pm to 7:30pm. Tickets are available online, starting at $25 per person.
