Amherst children and adults will get their chance to have their own Easter egg hunts and an NFL Draft Party will be in full swing in April.
Toad Fitness 10th Annual Easter Egg Hunt will follow last year's schedule where 165 children found more than 12,000 eggs.
Everyone will need to bring their own cameras for pictures with the Easter Bunny starting at noon. Babies from 0 to 2 will start their hunt at 1:10 pm; Preschoolers ages 3 through 5 will start at 1:13 pm, 1st through 4th graders at 1:15 pm, followed by the 5th through 8 graders at 1:19 pm. This will be a BYOB (bring your own basket) event.
A small lunch will be provided.
Toad Fitness 10th Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, April 19th from noon to 2:30 pm at South Park Recreation Center, 101 South Park Drive, Elyria.
Amherst adults will not miss out on all the fun as their annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt will return Saturday, April 19th at 7:00 pm at the Amherst VFW, 165 Cleveland Avenue.
An NFL Draft Party at the Amherst VFW Post 1662 canteen will have $35 admission and will include draft beer, wings and a t-shirt. Doors will open at 6:00 pm April 24th. Reservations can be made in the canteen at 165 Cleveland Avenue.
T-Shirts and other merchandise offered at local events such as these are often printed with the event's logo at nearby Print shops.
