Elevate Akron to host 9th annual yoga festival
Once again, downtown Akron will be the site of a wellness extravaganza as local businesses, nonprofits, volunteers, artists, and food trucks come together promote wellness, and more specifically yoga.
A 501(c)3 public charity, Elevate Akron was started in 2015 with the stated mission of fostering connection, resiliency, and wellbeing in Akron’s communities via providing yoga programming, education, and resources that are accessible to all.
The Elevate Akron Orchestra will accompany Elevate Executive Director Kevin James as he leads an all-levels outdoor yoga class at the festival. Also on hand will be an assortment of local wellness-minded non-profits, businesses, and artisan vendors. During the event, attendees can grab something to eat and drink at one of several local food trucks.
Banner printing services provide a particularly effective method of letting residents and passers-by know about upcoming special events, as well as identifying the site of the event to those looking for it.
Elevate Akron Passports, available to all attendees, contain numerous discounts for sponsors’ products and services. Presenting the passport at sponsor booths for a signature will also earn tickets to the free raffle of sponsor-donated prizes.
