The Akron, Ohio Chamber of Commerce has announced a full-day event designed to give managers the skills and tools necessary to help them better manage and improve the well-being of their employees.
This event is part of the Chamber's Heart-To-Heart leadership class, which offers regular tools and tricks to support leadership development and foster better business habits. This event will present a variety of content that is specifically geared toward employee well-being, retention, and the development of employee skills.
Content offered will include the importance of workforce well-being, an examination of the various roles of a workplace, specific skills managers may need to monitor workforce well-being, and various tools that can encourage positive communication and resiliency.
