The Avanti Summit: Celebrating Women Entrepreneurs is taking place next month in Rochester.
Although it is aimed at women entrepreneurs, men are more than welcome to attend. The day will start off with a networking breakfast, which will be followed by a keynote speech from Kitty VanBortel. Other activities during the day will involve a panel discussion about strong female leaders, workshops on topics such as sales and marketing, and more speeches. Some of those who will be speaking at the summit are Michelle Ashy, Amy Castronova, Sitima Fowler, and Myneco Ramirez.
There will be several breaks during the day for lunch or to visit the vendor fair, which will have showcases from a variety of entrepreneurial businesses. There will also be a raffle for a $250 gift card from Red Barn.
The day will finish off with a cocktail reception where no doubt there will be a chance to network between attendees. With that in mind, many people attending this Rochester event will be placing new orders for premium Business Cards.
The Avanti Summit will be held at The Strathallan Rochester on October 26 from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Tickets are $85 each, $80 each for groups of five or more, and $75 for groups of ten or more. To find out more about this event, or to register, visit the official event website.
