Ensuring sensitive documents are securely disposed of can be an important step in home security, and Rochester residents are invited to take advantage of a local event to assist them.
Brighton Securities has cordially invited all to participate in its 17th annual Shred Day. The service will be available free of charge, and everyone who drops by can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing their information is safe.
Organizers will have staff on hand to help members of the public, and they can provide advice regarding which documents should be kept and which may be disposed of, as well as the best practices for doing this. Any paperwork not needed will be run through the professional shredding truck located on site, thanks to Shred-Text, Inc. Everyone is encouraged to bring their friends, family, and neighbors, and the activity will run for three hours.
Hosting or sponsoring an event is one way a business can be a good corporate citizen, and Print shops will be happy to help. They can work closely with planners, ensuring they have the Letterheads, signage, and any other custom materials they might need for a function to be a success.
The Shred Day will be on offer on Friday, May 29 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. It will be set up at 1703 Monroe Avenue.
