While cats and dogs may be the most popular pets, an event for those who prefer the scaly set is in the works for Rochester.
Rexpo, which will welcome reptile lovers, will be on offer at the Main Street Armory. All ages are welcome, and it will include fun for those who are in the market for a new friend or who are just fascinated by these creatures.
Those who attend the celebration will have an opportunity to learn more about reptiles, amphibians and an assortment of invertebrates, and there will be a vendor alley with a wide selection of products on offer. There will be 1.5 acres of floor space filled with tables and other displays, and the organizers noted that a large selection of species will be included. While some will be common and ideal for those who are new to caring for one of these unusual pets, others will be rare and only suitable for the more experienced herpetologist.
Hosting an event like this gives those who enjoy amphibians and reptiles a venue where they can find the products and information needed to provide their charges with top-quality care. Vendors and other sellers who set up shop may wish to order professional quality Business Cards to distribute to those who ask for their contact details.
Rexpo is scheduled to give the scaly set its time in the spotlight on April 10 and 11. Its website contains the most up-to-date details.
