Rochester market to host ghostly good time
The City of Rochester Public Market provides residents with an easy and convenient way to support the area’s agricultural sector, and it has some spinetingling action in store for this fall.
The venue will be pulling out all the stops to make Halloween even more fun, and visitors to the site will find the sheds all decked out in honor of the occasion. It will give residents a one-stop shopping experience when it comes to learning about local community service organizations and other groups, and costumes are welcome.
As well as the various displays, the vendors will be selling lots of horticultural products, and hay rides will be available as well. The kids can go trick or treating, and live entertainment will also be on the agenda. Food can be purchased on site, and to make the occasion as accessible as possible, there is no admission fee being charged.
The planners of the evening have put out a call to the area’s not-for-profit groups that would like to get involved. Those that do will be able to raise awareness of their cause by distributing pamphlets and other materials prepared by area brochure printing companies.
The Halloween at the Market celebration will add some extra fun to the holiday on October 30. It will run from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm.
