For more than 25 years, a Rochester market has added extra sparkle to the festive season, and it will once again welcome shoppers during its 2024 run.
Each of the scheduled dates for the holiday shopping party will showcase dozens of small businesses and other vendors, and they will be selling everything from gifts to holiday decor. There will also be ideas for anyone looking for a hostess gift for a seasonal celebration. Bakers can try their hand in the cookie contest, and the winners will be acknowledged on the City of Rochester’s website and in other locations.
The listing for the event explained that, to help add some extra magic, the market will be decorated with lots of rights, and seasonal music will be playing. Santa will stop by to spend time with the kids on select dates, and horse drawn carriage rides will provide a taste of yesteryear.
As in previous years, a Thursday night will be set aside for a special evening market, and both branded Market merchandise and tokens will be available for purchase again as well. Cloth shopping Totes and other themed Corporate Gifts for a retail activity can be ordered from Print shops.
The 2024 instalment of Rochester’s Holidays at the Market will be open on dates starting on December 1st. Its location will be 280 N. Union St.
