Jobseekers from Rochester and the surrounding areas will be able to meet with recruiters from a wide assortment of local companies, organizations, and government services as part of a job fair that will be taking place this spring.
This free event, which is open to anyone who would like to find the career of their dreams, will include representatives from at least 12 employers. These range from the City of Rochester to stores and other retail establishments, breweries, and the Rochester City School District.
While preregistration is not required for any jobseekers who would like to participate, it is highly encouraged. Monroe County Workforce Development, which is planning ‘Recruiting on the Road’, noted that this occasion is part of its efforts to tap into the area’s workforce.
Spaces are available for any businesses that would like to be a part of the event. They can be contacted at 685-753- 2005. A printer can supply Business Cards and other materials to those who plan on coming to this type of occasion, as these can help them to put their best foot forward and make a positive first impression.
The Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at 937-941 North Clinton Avenue in Rochester, will be the location for this career building opportunity. It will begin at 1:00 pm on June 6 and will run until 3:00 pm.
