Locust Hill Country Club will be the venue for a golf fundraiser that will support programming offered by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Rochester.
The Par-Tee for the Kids Golf tournament will give area golfers an excuse to spend an afternoon out on the greens, and while they enjoy themselves, they will be offering kids a helping hand. There are spots for up to 132 golfers, and the registration fee is $300.
The players will be treated to an outdoor lunch before they hit the course, and once everyone has played through, a dinner and awards presentation will take place. Raffle draws and a silent auction are also on the agenda. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis, and the format for the tournament will be handicap, best two out of four, play your own ball, and Calloway divisions.
Along with purchasing individual tickets, the activity also presents a marketing opportunity for local companies. There are a variety of sponsorships available, and to thank them for their support, the Logo Design of each will be added to function’s online advertising, and it will also be displayed throughout the event itself.
This chance to spend an afternoon of fun in the sun will be taking place on Monday, August 1. The tournament will begin at 12:00 pm.
