Expo offers options to eat more healthily

The Rochester Gluten-Free Health and Wellness Expo will take place next month. It is presented by Chef Calvin Eaton Founder.

This expo is aimed both at those who are affected by gluten-related conditions such as celiac disease, and those who want to eat healthier foods.

Vendors from companies that sell gluten-free foods, Books, and other health-related products will be on hand, as will several community groups and health and wellness practitioners. There will be workshops on learning how to eat better, demonstrations of products, and keynote speakers. Visitors will have the chance to try samples of gluten-free food or purchase dishes. Entertainment for the day will include a custom photo booth and MJ The Balloon Artists. In addition, a raffle is set to offer some great prizes.

Organizers are still looking for volunteers to help the event run smoothly. They will receive a swag bag, T-shirt and a free boxed lunch.

Rochester printing companies often help to advertise events such as these by providing Brochures or Flyers to be distributed in the community.

The Rochester Gluten-free Health and Wellness Expo will be held at the Pieters Family Life Center on May 21 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Admission is free but those who plan to attend must register in advance. To learn more about this event, or to become a volunteer, call 585-732-0002.
