Visual Comfort & Co. has opened a new showroom in Manhasset on Northern Boulevard.
The showroom spans 5,000 square feet and showcases the portfolio of designer lighting partnerships of the company. Among the brands featured are Thomas O’Brien, Ralph Lauren, Alexa Hampton, and AERIN.
The showroom demonstrates how architectural lighting, decorative lighting, shading solutions, and lighting controls can add life to a home. Patrons can experience “visual comfort” firsthand and discover how the design of intentional lighting can shape the atmosphere, mood, and a person’s overall wellbeing, as well as enhance the artwork, fabrics, and finishes in a room.
Featured in the showroom are motorized shades, including the new Roman Shae program, to show how layered lighting and smart technology work together to balance interior illumination with natural daylight. Such new stores can benefit from brochure printing to provide more details on their products and services.
Founder of the direct division of Visual Comfort & Co., Gale Singer, said that the purpose of the showroom is to serve the community and provide a setting where clients can see how different types of lighting and other features can work together, all which benefiting from the guidance of experts.
The store is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
