The PACU spans 11.400 square feet and is a spacious and a state-of-the-art facility that is configured to maximize clinical excellence, privacy, and the comfort of its patients. It has two isolation rooms and 20 individual recovery bays. The spaces in the building are designed to maximize the dignity and privacy of patients during a crucial stage of recovery.
It also features advanced monitoring systems to ensure precise and continuous observation of patients once they emerge from surgery as well as integrated systems for monitoring of vital Signs, access to health record, and streamlined communications among those parts of a patient’s care team. There are also dedicated patient lockers, additional nourishment stations, and bedside entertainment packages. The layout of the building ensures efficiency for staff in providing responsive and alternate care.
