Museums often depend upon the support of the public, and one that is located near Manhasset will soon hosting a special fundraising evening of romance for couples from the local area.
The Raynham Hall Museum will be painting the town red during its Valentine’s Ball, and it will offer those who come out an elegant occasion. It will open with a cocktail hour so the guests can mingle and chat, and after this, dinner will be served to the attendees. An auction is also on the agenda for the function, and after they have finished their meal, the couples will be able to dance the night away to tunes provided by the Eric Sami Band.
Guests are asked to come dressed in their favorite festive attire, and choosing shares of red is highly encouraged. Tickets for the evening are being offered at a price of $250 each, and a special discount is being offered for anyone who is under the age of 35. A printing services provider will be able to supply themed decorations and other printed materials that can help to make a function like this a big success.
This early Valentine’s Day celebration has been planned for February 3, but it will be rescheduled to March 10 in case of inclement weather. The Old Westbury Golf & Country Club will act as the venue for the occasion, and both tickets and further details can be found on the Raynham Hall Museum’s website.
