A luxury housing development that is under construction in the Manhasset area recently announced that some additional upgrades have been made to the amenities it will provide to its residents.
The complex will be partnering with The Red Door Salon and Spa to offer in-home spa services those who live in one of its units. According to a spokesperson for the spa, the price for its offers will be between $15.00 and $35.00.
Jason Behfarin, who is the principal of the company that provided financing for the project remarked that the decision to supply this service came about due to demand from the buyers who are looking for amenities that go above and beyond what one might expect.
In addition to the spa services, nutritionists and trainers will be available both at home and in the gym that will be part of the development. People can get extra support and advice about what they can do to live healthy lives and make sensible dietary choices. Brochures that outline the different amenities and services that will be available at a development like this can be provided by a printer.
Construction of the first 28 units of Roslyn Landing, which is located in Roslyn, is expected to be finished by June of 2017. Plans are for the second phase to begin not long after that.
