Japanese restaurant now open in Manhasset

Kissaki, a restaurant based in New York City, is now open in Manhasset.

Kissaki specializes in Japanese cuisine that is based in Kaiski and omakase sushi tradition, and boasts a unique experience for diners.

There is comfortable outdoor dining on offer, as well as seating in the main dining room and at the omakase counter.

Included on the menu are such diverse offerings as Tuna Stuffed Avocado, Chicken Karaage, Shishito Peppers, and Edamame. Among the featured entrees are Spaghetti Dashi Pasta, Wagyuo Fried Rice, and Uni Paster. A special dessert up for grabs is Matcha Tiramisu.

A local Long Island pottery shop, Bridges Pottery, has created all the handmade flatware on which each dish is presented.

There is also a wide variety of creative and classic beverages, such as Momo Sour, with vodka, egg yolk, sake, ume, and cinnamon, and Shiokaze, with mezcal, nigori sake, angostura, grapefruit, and aromatic cocktail bitters.

Banner printing is often used to promote such new restaurants and their unique cuisine and special features throughout a community.

There are additional locations of the restaurant on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, on the Bowery, and in Water Mill and Greenwich, Connecticut.

The hours for the restaurant are 6:00pm to 10:00pm on Monday through Thursday, 5:30pm to 10:30pm Friday and Saturday, and from 5:30pm to 10:00pm on Sunday. Reservations can be made through the website.
