Ballard Designs has relocated from its location at the Roosevelt Field Mall to the shopping district on the north shore of Long Island next to Americana Manhasset.
This area is known for its high-end boutiques, dog-friendly shopping, and walkable outdoor setting. Ballard Designs is a retailer of furniture and home décor, so this is an ideal location for the store.
The new store spans 8,095 square feet and is on two levels. The store features decorated room vignettes with the store’s exclusive lighting, upholstery, and dining and living room furniture and decorative throw pillows, home accessories, seasonal décor, and tableware. The dog-friendly features of the store include pet bowls at the front door filled with water.
Design Consultants are also on hand to offer free appointments so shoppers can get help with space planning and color selections as well as decorating an entire home. Such offerings lend themselves to using local Print shops to help Print Flyers and Brochures with samples and home decorating ideas.
Vice president of Retail for Ballard Designs, Dominic Milanese, said the shopping district of Americana Manhasset is home to many of the top brands in the world, including home furnishings retailers. Milanese added that this new space will enable the store to showcase its best retail experience.
Ballard Designs is on Northern Boulevard west of Searingtown Road and offers on-site parking and an entrance on the street level.
