Director of Manhasset hospital appointed to expanded role

Jon Sendach has been appointed as deputy regional executive director of the central region of Northwell Health.

He is currently the executive director at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH) in Manhasset and this is an expansion of his current duties. Such new responsibilities often require the need for business card printing services.

Sendach assumed his position at NSUH in January 2020 and led the hospital of 800 beds through the pandemic while maintaining its high-quality neurology, transplant, and cardiac programs. He was also in charge of the construction of the Petrocelli Advanced Surgical Pavilion, which covers 280,000 square feet.

Sendach said that the last few years have demonstrated how important it is to leverage strength in a region in order to organize and execute best-in-class healthcare. He expressed his excitement about this opportunity to work in such an expanded role and deliver on that expectation.

Senior vice president and regional executive director for the central region of Northwell Health, Dr. John D’Angelo, said that Sendach has an exceptional record of success and is a seasoned healthcare executive. He expressed his excitement about Sendach joining the executive team of the largest region of Northwell Health as he will be able to use his record and broad experience in building high-quality clinical programs in Queens and Nassau County.
