The Nassau Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has cordially invited the public to come to a special event near Manhasset, and some of the lucky guests will walk away with a designer handbag.
Both raffles and bingo games have been planned as part of the Pocketbook Bingo, and anyone who is age 21 or over is welcome to join in the fun of the occasion. Each person who registers will receive a packet that includes 10 bingo cards, and more can be purchased if desired.
An assortment of designer handbags has been selected as the prizes for this event, and while food will not be served, each attendee is welcome to bring along their own snacks and beverages. They are also invited to decorate their table with a tablecloth and whichever decorations they wish, and anyone who is interested can choose to purchase a ticket for the Gucci bag raffle, along with their general admission package.
Members of the public who are interested in attending are required to register ahead of time, as entry passes will not be sold at the door. A local printer can use graphic design techniques to craft bingo cards, Banners, and other items for this sort of function.
Pocketbook bingo will be held on September 29 at 1504 Old Country Road in Westbury. It will begin at 6:00 pm.
