The Island Park Public Library is a hub for the local area, and one of its activities will be preparing a selection of topped and tasty chocolate treats.
A representative of Them’s the Breaks will be on hand to serve as the facilitator for the “ Decadent Chocolate Rounds” culinary session, and it is intended for adults only. Everyone who interested is asked to register in advance, and an $8.00 fee will be applied.
The attendees will each be able to craft customized chocolate rounds that are topped with the addition of their choice. These include dried fruit as well as nuts and other toppings, and full instruction will be provided along with the materials. Everyone can chat and enjoy one another’s company while they work, and the session will run for one hour. There is enough room in the workshop for up to 15 participants, and it will be an in-person event.
A library, community service club or other not for profit organization often has classes, workshops and other learning opportunities on offer. A flyer printing company can prepare guides and schedules to send out to local households to keep them abreast of what's going on in their home area.
The Island Park Public Library will be offering this introduction to crafting bespoke topped chocolate rounds on February 5th. It will begin at 6:30 pm sharp.
