The Tourette Association of America works to support those living with this neurological condition while also raising awareness, and it will be hosting a golf classic on Long Island this fall.
The TAA 2022 Long Island Golf Outing will be taking place at Island Park area’s Bethpage State Park , and everyone is encouraged to sign up to play or sponsor the event. It will also bring together individuals with Tourettes and their families. Tickets start at $450 with a discounted ticketing option available for those age 35 and under.
The plans for the day will see the players enjoy lunch before they head to the greens, and once everyone has played through, a cocktail reception will take place. The sponsorship opportunities for the function start at the Support Greeting level, which has been set at $100, and they go up to the 50th anniversary level, which is $50,000.
