Island Park festivity-seekers can get the family ready for some fun and excitement.
Just as this summer is about to end, there is going to be a four-day carnival at the Bellmore LIRR Station. For the 30th year in a row, the Bellmore Family Street Festival will take place.
The event has been deemed one of Long Island’s greatest family events. As always, there will be something for every member of the family to enjoy and participate in. There will be expos of several types, including, sports, military, crafts, and businesses. There will be a petting zoo, pony rides, and Nature Nick with his Kangaroo will present as well. Guests can visit Rex the Dinosaur, attend the Gorilla Show, or even check out the car show.
There will also be craft and food vendors on site that might benefit from Banners to mark their location, indicate their selections, and promote their food and merchandise in general. There will also be live entertainment and carnival rides that require a fee, but they may be purchased on the day of attendance. Other than that, admission to the event and parking is free. Guests must be mindful, however, that no pets will be allowed.
The event will take place September 15 - 18 at Sunrise Highway and Bedford Avenue in Nassau County, which is only nine miles northeast of Island Park. All are welcome to attend. Get a Free Quote for Banners
