New barbecue restaurant opens in Fairport

Due to delayed construction plans for several months, Smokin Hot Chicks Barbecue is finally scheduled to open this month in the historic cannery district in Fairport.

The owner, Sharon Miller, sold her food truck to open a regular barbecue and Mexican restaurant, and is now excited to watch the restaurant being built. The restaurant is described as an industrial-style barbecue restaurant. With brick walls and high ceilings, it will have a full tequila bar.

The restaurant will be located near Iron Smoke Distillery and Miller credits its owner with helping her open her own business. It will offer takeout and delivery, and has installed new kitchen equipment. An outdoor patio is included for dining and entertainment in the warmer weather.

Appetizers like smoked bacon meatballs, stuffed jalapenos, and chorizo-stuffed mushrooms are available. The main menu will serve smoked meats rubbed with different seasonings, with other offerings including pulled pork, ribs, chicken, brisket, sausage, and fish. Dinners come with a choice of sides potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, Cajun corn, cornbread, garlic mashed potatoes, or baked beans.

The taco menu will have brisket, pork, shrimp, chicken, and beef varieties served with sides and sauces. Sandwiches and nachos are available too.

The full-service bar will have soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails, and tequila. Printers usually have a graphic design staff able to Print Menus and Flyers for restaurants like this.

Smokin Hot Chicks Barbecue will be located at 25 Parce Avenue, Suite 170.
