The Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce has a special, secret activity in store, and it promises to offer lots of networking opportunities.
The DeLand House on Main will be going back in time to the days of speakeasies when it serves at the venue for the occasion. Dubbed “The Blind Pig”, the location is tucked away in DeLAnd House’s attic, and it can accommodate up to 50 attendees.
The guests at the function can meet, mix and mingle with the other attendees, and a selection of small bites will be served. Everyone can purchase a drink at the cash bar, and in keeping with the “speakeasy” theme of the occasion, the ticket holders will need to provide the secret words to enter. These will be distributed to the ticket holders upon registration. Those who plan on attending may want to make sure they reserve their tickets early, so they don’t miss out.
When planning a period style occasion, it can be helpful for organizers to connect with a local banner printing company. It will be able to offer custom decor and other materials at a budget-friendly price.
Deland House of Main will offer this experience to Chamber members on June 24th. The doors will open at 5:00 pm, and tickets can be reserved by contacting the host through the link provided on the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce website.
