Lions Den Teen Center in Fairport offers weekend activities and activities for teen in grades 6-12.
It offers sports, crafts, movies, parties, and special events. Teens can play games, watch TV, do their homework and learn new skills. Most programs have fees.
Teen Activity Nights are held on Friday and Saturday for children 11-15 years old. Some activities are restricted to certain age groups.
On September 21, Dinner and A Movie will be held showing The Avengers End Game for children ages 13-15 from 7-10 p.m. Food will be served before the movie.
On September 27, children ages 11-13 will learn how to make their own personal pizzas from 6-8:30 p.m.
On October 5, a Verahurst Haunted Hayride will be held for kids 13-15 years old from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The hayrides are about 45 minutes long with a haunted corn maze not far the from teen center.
A Pumpkin Carving Contest will be held on October 19 from 6-9 p.m. for teens ages 13-15 years old.
Friday Night Teen Yoga Club will meet on October 18 from 6:30 to 8:30 for teens 12-15 years. Activities include yoga, healthy snacks, and journaling. Fairport has prints shops with graphic design staff that provide Logo Design for organizations like this.
Teens must be dropped off and picked up at the Fairport Teen Center. The Lions Den Teen Center is located at Potter Place in Potter Park.
