The Fairport Brewing Company (FBC) University Tap Room will be host to a performance by the band Junkyardfieldtrip this March.
The FBC was the first farm brewery in Monroe County. The company was created by Tim Garman and officially opened in 2012. They brew around 60 different beverages, many of which are award winning and use locally-produced ingredients. These include coffees, meads, kombuchas, beers, and root beers.
As well as multiple other beverages, six rotating varieties of beers are available in their taprooms. There, one can experience the antique ambiance of a converted auto repair garage. Live entertainment is also available on the patio during most of the year.
JunkyardfieldTrip was founded in 2014 by the singers and guitarists Mike Gladstone and Rob Smith. After adding bassist Don Torpy and percussionist Emmet Ientilucci, the band began playing around the Rochester area.
Starting with more acoustic material, they have since started performing and writing more eclectic material. They have since become heavily in-demand. They have also been nominated for the Best of Rochester award by City Newspaper.
The performance will take place on March 11th, 2022. The doors will open at 7:00 pm and the band will play from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm. FBC University Taproom is located at 1044 University Avenue. Businesses like the FBC University Taproom may benefit from using poster printing services to promote the live music acts within their venues.
