Popular rapper Jeezy will make a stage appearance near Fairport in April.
The concert will take place at the Water Street Music Hall, which is located about 15 minutes from Fairport.
Jeezy began his musical journey with a few independently produced albums before signing on to Def Jam Records. From there, he began creating numerous hit songs and albums.
Nine out of the ten label-produced albums he recorded went straight into the top 10 on the Billboard 200. Three of these have reached platinum status and one has reached double-platinum status. In addition, many of his singles have debuted on the Billboard Hot 100.
As far as awards go, the rapper has been nominated for four Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, and six Ozone Awards.
Beyond this work, Jeezy has also collaborated with several top artists on their own hits, such as ‘Hard’ by Rhianna, ‘I’m So Paid’ by Akon, and ‘Love in this Club’ by Usher. Jeezy is also credited as being one of the artists that brought the trap musical style to mainstream audiences.
The performance will take place on Friday April 8 at 7:00 pm at the Water Street Music Hall is 204 N Water St, Rochester. Venues like the Water Street Music Hall may be interested in flyer printing services to help promote the events they host.
