The Fairport area will be joining others from the surrounding communities for an event that will add some extra spookiness to the season.
The City of Rochester public market provides an opportunity to support the area’s agricultural sector by purchasing produce from area farms, and there are also many artisanal makers who set up shop. In October, it hosts its annual Halloween at the Market event, and this year will be no exception.
The celebration will provide local not-for-profit groups with an opportunity to connect with the public by decorating the vendor sheds, and they can hand out Promotional Products and informational materials prepared by a brochure printing company to the crowd. They will give out candy and other treats to the kids, and while they trick-or-treat, their parents can discover the various services and supports available to them in their home area.
Along with the shelling out, the guests will be treated to hayrides as well as live performances and kid-friendly games. Food will be on offer for purchase, and admission to the festivities is free of charge. No advance registration is needed to participate in the occasion.
This special day of Halloween fun will celebrate the season’s spooky side on Sunday, October 30. It will be open to visitors from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm.
