Fairport’s newest families and families-to-be are both on the guest list for an expo-style event that will help them hit the ground running when it comes to their bundle of joy.
The Babies and Bumps expo is an event that will have plenty to offer, ranging from workshops and presentations to a pop-up market. It is billed as being the premier activity of its kind for the area, and tickets start at $29.41 each.
The function, which will be open for five hours, will connect subject matter experts in the field of pregnancy, birth and babies with current and future parents that are ready to learn. Several dozen vendors and exhibitors have signed on, and many will be locally based businesses. Not for profit groups and other supports will also be in the mix, and everyone will walk away armed with knowledge as well as an assortment of Promotional Products and other swag from the participating companies.
One of the perks that will be available for the attendees will be the chance to learn more about car seat safety. Jamie Grayson, who is an expert in the field, will facilitate a presentation and will also be available for questions from the crowd.
This one-stop shopping-style activity will run from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm on September 15th, and will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Rochester.
