Wickham Farms has several activities and events planned for late fall.
A Fall Harvest Festival, Dueling Pumpkin Carvers event, and Halloween at the Farm Great Pumpkin Drop are all coming up at the farm, which serves Fairport and surrounding towns.
The Fall Harvest Festival will start this Saturday, September 28, and run to October 31. The orchards have pick-your-own apples and pumpkins. Shooting apples from a cannon and hayrides are activities available only on weekends.
Children can ride barrel horses, play in a corn pit, walk through the corn maze, and feed and watch farm animals. Other activities for kids are a duck race, checkers, jump pillow, a large Halloween pumpkin jump pad, train ride, miniature golf, and spider web to climb.
On October 19 and 20 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Dueling Pumpkin Carving will be held. Attendees can watch the Wickham Farm staff carve a giant pumpkin and guess the weight to win special prizes.
Halloween at the Farm Great Pumpkin Drop will be held on October 27 and 28 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. There will be trick or treating, a costume parade, and a large tractor dropping a giant pumpkin after the parade.
On the site, Bev’s Café opens daily, serving breakfast, wraps, sandwiches, pizza, donuts, and beverages. Weekend offerings include fresh donuts at the Donut Shack and pizza at the Pizza Shack.

Wickham Farms is located three miles outside of Fairport at 1315 Sweet Corners Road and is open daily.
