East Northport foodies who would like to treat their palate to a special experience may want to reserve their spot now for a summertime tasting session.
The staff at Harbor Cheese and Provisions will be sharing some of their favorite “boozy cheeses” during a virtual tasting session, with selections that include bourbon, beer, or wine in their recipes. A set of five will be sent to each registrant ahead of the event, and they will be invited to join in a Zoom-based workshop where they can learn even more.
The online meet and greet will be led by cheesemonger Jessica Affatato, and the tickets include the delivery cost for the cheese discovery box and learning materials. There is enough space for 15 participants, and everyone who Signs up will receive a unique entry code for the activity, which will take place in the evening and run for one hour.
Packaging and Mailing supplies for this type of activity can be sourced from a printing services company. They can be crafted to each of its customers’ specifications, including any graphic design the client wishes.
This online celebration of cheese will be offered on July 24 at 8:00 pm. Tickets for the function are $75 each, and more information, including how to order additional items at no additional delivery charge, is available to those who visit its online listing.
