East Northport families looking for some extra Halloween excitement may want to stop by a local venue for some spine-tingling fun.
A trunk or treat celebration will be on offer at 189 Burr Road later this month, and the public can get involved by handing out treats or dropping by to do some trick or treating. It will take place in the afternoon, and costumes are encouraged.
Families will be able to go shelling out at the trunks open for visitors, and a food truck will be on hand to keep the crowd well fed. A pumpkin patch will be set up so everyone can choose one to paint and take home, and other gourds and chrysanthemums will also be available for purchase. Proud pet parents can enter their pooch in the dog costume contest, with owners reminded that they are responsible for their pet at all times.
Autumn events often take place outside so they can take full advantage of the season. Banner printing services can be sourced for an activity from area printers.
East Northport families are welcome to drop by and be part of the fun of this Trunk or Treat, which will celebrate the season on Sunday, October 26th. It will kick off at 3:00 pm, and the canine costume contest begins at 5:00 pm.
